How do I hold or cancel my account?

Oh no! We’d hate to see you go but we understand that you may be ready to move on from our service. 

First, we’d love an email to [email protected] to hear what’s going on and why you want to hold or cancel. A lot of issues can be quickly resolved once we know about them!

If you must go, just shoot us an email and we will get you taken care of and cancel your plan.
