What's the difference between Pro and Flex? Do hours roll-over?

When you sign up for RipplePop, you are signing up for either a Pro or Flex plan.

The Pro plan gives you 8 hours of work each day (Monday-Friday). These hours cannot be flexed in anyway because 8 hours a day is the maximum availability per developer.

The Flex plan gives you 40 hours with your developer to use each month (Monday-Friday). These hours flex. They can be used as needed. For instance, you may want to do 4 hours every Monday but only 2 hours every Tuesday. However you'd like to spread those hours out across the month (Monday-Friday) you can do it under the Flex plan.

One thing to keep in mind is that on the Flex plan your developer may also be serving another customer so you need to coordinate the use of your hours with plenty of notice to your developer. Hours on either the Pro or Flex plan do not roll-over in anyway so please make sure to use up your hours before your billing cycle ends.
